For smaller campers (10-30 campers), having everyone wear the same color shirt can be very helpful for trips.  For medium or large camps, having colored t-shirts by teams becomes increasingly helpful.  Giving everyone a t-shirt with your camp's logo is one of the best way to create a spirit of unity.
